Terms of service

International AI Trip Planner asks about your trip — why you are travelling, who is coming, and what you want — and generates a day-by-day itinerary with suggested times, places, rough costs and booking notes. We are not a travel agent: we do not book, sell or guarantee any travel, accommodation or activity.

Itineraries are AI-powered suggestions. Opening times, prices, availability, travel times and booking requirements can be wrong or change. The Trip Doctor and verified place cards help you spot problems, but they are not a guarantee. Check anything that matters yourself before you rely on it, especially entry rules, safety advice and bookings.

• Give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account. You must be at least 16 to create one.
• You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time.

• The free plan includes a limited number of itineraries in each 30-day period, and one a day without an account.
• Free accounts and visitors can plan trips of up to 5 days at a time. Pro plans longer trips, up to 21 days.
• Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance each month by Paddle, our merchant of record, and renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues to the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
• Prices may change; a change applies from your next billing period, and we will tell you before it does.

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, to get around plan limits, to access other people’s trips, or to use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your trip answers and itineraries are yours to use for your own travel. The service itself, its design and its text are ours. Maps, place data and photographs come from third parties and are shown with their credits and under their own terms.

The service is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those the law requires. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from relying on an itinerary without checking it, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. We may end or suspend the service, with notice where we can.
